RECOVER
Clinical Pilates exercise. All ages and abilities. For beginners, injury recovery, or those in need of a little extra guidance. With a maximum 3 people per class, a studio style class using Pilates reformer, trapeze, chair and barrel.
Express
A fast-paced 30-minute session combining strength and burn—get in, get out, and get it done! Perfect for a full-body workout in a short time. for intermediate abilities.
FLOW
Focuses on breathing, controlled movements, body alignment, posture & mobility. Flow is for those who want to lengthen and strengthen. A slow-paced class focusing on joint range of motion and overall flexibility. Best for beginner or intermediate abilities.
BURN
Feel the burn! Think a faster pace, cardio, pulses and light springs. Activation of all muscle groups. Perfect for those wanting a more intense class. Suitable for Intermediate to advanced abilities.
STRENGTH
Maximum effort, strong movements and large muscle groups. Challenge strength and balance. Our strength class is designed to build muscle strength and tone. Tailored for intermediate to advanced abilities

MAT FLOW/ ANTENATAL
Our Mat Flow classes, also known as Mums & Bubs, are designed for pregnancy and postpartum with modifications for all stages. This gentle Pilates class is open to everyone, not just mums, and is perfect for anyone looking for a more gentle mat class at any stage of life. Children and babies are welcome, creating a safe and supportive space for all to move, strengthen, and nourish their bodies.
MAT Burn PILATES
Mat Pilates Burn focuses on whole-body posture, alignment, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and mobility, using props like weights, sliders, balls, and bands. This class combines strength and intensity with stretching and mobility, providing a full-body workout
Corperate + Special events
We offer tailored sessions for corporate wellness, wedding and bridal parties, hens' day/nights, and birthday celebrations.
