Hello, I'm Maddie, the founder of Recover Health & Performance, and I take immense pride in our business and team.

I’m a born and bred Gippslander, I grew up on a dairy farm near Maffra, attended Gippsland Grammar in Sale for secondary school, and pursued my university studies in northern NSW/QLD. Now, I live in Newlands Arm with my husband Michael and our cavoodle, Honey.

I’m passionate about my job with skills in Osteopathy, Women’s/Pelvic Health, and Pilates, I continuously seek to expand my expertise. I hold additional qualifications in pregnancy/postpartum care, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation.

Recently, I completed a Master of Women’s Health Medicine at the University of NSW and am currently pursuing training to become a birth attendant/doula. I am committed to lifelong learning and constantly strive to enhance my skills.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I am deeply passionate about health and wellness. I lead by example, enjoying cooking, tending to my garden, and outdoor activities like trail running, hiking, yoga and Pilates.

This dedication to holistic well-being informs my approach to guiding others on their health journey.
