Recover is a welcoming space for wellness in Gippsland, with studios in Paynesville and Bairnsdale and a new Maffra studio coming soon.
We offer Pilates (Reformer, Mat and Clinical), Osteopathy, Remedial Massage, Yoga, Counselling, and specialised Womenβs Pelvic Health services, supporting people of all ages and stages.
